I divide my time between Canada and Rwanda to connect Rwandan talent with global opportunities. With a background in human resources and talent acquisition across West and East Africa and strong knowledge of the North American ecosystem, I founded Mélange Rwanda to bridge markets, design people‑first solutions, and drive sustainable growth.
